How to quickly return your CUBELIN:

1)     You can return your order within 14 days of delivery – without any reason and for free!

2)     Just contact me per mail info@cubelin.com to inform me about returning your item.

3)     Make sure, the cubelin is in the original condition and safely packed.

4)     As soon as your return has arrived, your refund will be issued and I will send you a confirmation email.

How do I return my order?

Make sure the cubelin is in its original condition. I would recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make the return safe and easy. Contact and inform me about your wish to return your Cubelin.

Keep in mind to choose a trackable shipping service. If you do not - Cubelin can not be responsible for any theft or loss

during transport.

I will cover the cost of the return shipping – within Germany I additionally will refund the delivery shipping costs.

How do I return a Cubelin internationally?

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Cubelin can not be responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For further details please follow the steps in the question above.

 

Can I switch to another Cubelin?

No problem! If you decide to exchange your cubelin, you can do that without any additional cost. Please contact me at info@cubelin.com so I can help you along.

 

My Cubelin has arrived with a transport damage – what shall I do?

Please contact me as soon as you notice and let me know what happened.

That way I will be able to take care about the issue and contact the delivery service for a complaint.


What happens with an unclaimed package ?

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Cubelin reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping or maybe freight companies' administrative costs.
