This CUBELIN is a collage of hand embroidered 20th century tapestries and seamed up with red leather piping. Artist G. Becker collects the needleworks from all over the world and restores them carefully. Here she has used the following motifs:

  2. "A glass of wine " after Vermeer, ca 1980, private from Leipzig
  3. "Jeune Fille Lisant Une Lettre " after Vermeer, 1979, heirloom from Cologne
  4. "Still life with mug und fruits", 1980ies, private from Innsbruck
  5. "In the tavern" after David Terniers, 1976, from Osnabrück
  6. "Le Dejeuner" after Francois Bouchet, 1987, antiqueshop in Potsdam
